NORMAL: Regular human body feature and body parts. Detailed design and rendering (inking, colors).

ANIMAL / CREATURE: Typically cartoon animal or anthropomorphic (animal with two-legged or human-like).

The Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission request without an explanation.

The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission, either due to poor communication / inappropriate behavior / abusive / outside of expertise

No rush orders or commissions with a specific deadline.

All interactions / communications between The Artist and The Client through social media's direct message or email (optional).

If The Client wants to place an order for commission, simply use and send the phrases "Hello, I'm interested in commissioning with you." through direct message.

Prices listed may vary depending on the character's complexity (props / pets / extra character / background).

My turnaround time usually takes approximately 1-2 weeks for non-detailed artwork, while 2-4 months for detailed artwork depending on commission's queue.

The Artist will be working after receiving the commission details and sending the sketch progress for approval.

After approval, The Artist will quote the price through PayPal invoice for the payment.

High-resolution (.PNG) and low-resolution (for internet uploads) are provided with a Google Drive downloadable link.

All prices and payments are primarily in USD.

50% payment upfront only. The remaining after the commission is completed.

Payment method in PayPal only. If The Client prefers other payment methods; such as local bank transfer (Malaysian only), please discuss with The Artist beforehand.

The Client can ask for 3 times minor changes (small details / composition) during the sketch process.

If The Client wants to request any changes (poses, outfits, or changing characters to another) resulting The Artist starting over from the sketch, this will be charged an additional fee (20% of the base price).

The Artist no longer does overhauls on these phases (inking, colors).

All my commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.

Any commercial usage, reproduction, and claiming into your own are strictly prohibited.

The Artist reserves the right to use or upload said artwork on any website / social media as part of the portfolio or advertisement needs.

If The Client wishes to be as a private commission, please state this during the ordering process.

Use it for promotions (eg. merchandise, ad posters, book covers, or any media / entertainment-related) is not allowed.

The Client is allowed to use a high-resolution version to print out for themselves only but is not allowed to redistribute that version for profit.

IMPORTANT: Credit The Artist is a MUST when The Client uploads their commission on any website / social media.

All completed and approved commissions are strictly non-refundable.

Any inconvenience caused for The Artist such as illness, or any other situation that prevents The Artist from working, The Artist will be fully refunded to The Client.
